Arriving early? Check-in at 12 noon is free, subject to availability.

Booking & reservation

A 50% downpayment is required via GCash (with GPROTECT is okay) or bank transfer. Pay the remaining balance upon check-in.

Security deposit

A ₱1,000 security deposit is payable upon check-in and refunded upon checkout, provided no damage is incurred to the unit.

Rebooking & cancellation

The downpayment is nonrefundable. Cancellations are not allowed.

You may rebook once only, at least 3 days before check-in. Rebooked dates must be within 3 months; otherwise, the downpayment is forfeited.
